Project Information
This joint venture apart-hotel provided CB Carpentry with an opportunity to complete a range of work across the scope of the project.
As part of the internal fit out CB Carpentry fitted door sets, kitchens and bathroom vanities alongside skirting and other trimming out.
On the exterior of the project CB installed the DuoSpan landscaping subframe system and fitted Antique Oak composite Millboard to this to complete the raised terrace areas.
For the feature pitched roof canopy above the roof terrace CB used the steel frame structure and applied timber joists and plywood sheeting to follow the shape of the canopy and form the necessary service channels to allow the structure to be clad.
